Sports massage focuses on loosening tight muscles and reducing muscular joint stiffness, assisting with injury recovery, and preventing these reoccurring. Additionally, to this sports massage aims to improve range of motion and muscular pain. This treatment can improve circulation and boost your overall wellbeing. To benefit from a sports massage you do not need to be actively taking part in sport. Many feel positive results when being treated for daily routine pain and discomfort. When not to have a sports massage: If you currently have any open wounds, broken bones, periostitis, rheumatoid arthritis, myositis, ossificans, skin infection or thrombosis.
